It's loaded to 2600fps.Using all the best components this ammo can be safely used in most sami autos or bolts. Not recommended for the M1A. The ammo comes packed in a 20 round disposable cardboard ammo box.  We ship to and how it is legal. The target was sent to us by one of our customers from Washington state testing this load using a Remington 700PSS, It is about 3/4" at 100 yards.
